High Speed Botany Ellwood, Libby [1], MONFILS , ANNA K [2], Linton, Debra [3], Phillips, Molly [4], White, Lisa [5], Douglas, Natalie [6]. Biodiversity Literacy via Phenology. BLUE (Biodiversity Literacy in Undergraduate Education) is an NSF-funded initiative to bring together researchers and practitioners from a variety of fields to improve data literacy in undergraduate students. One of the major outcomes of this work is a series of modules that use natural history collections data to teach fundamental data skills. Here we present the work of the BLUE network and highlight a module focused on butterfly phenology. BLUE modules and resources are freely available on our website, biodiversityliteracy.com, and we welcome participation and partnerships from the Botany community.
